A. Acculturation: via educational curriculum development and delivery (e.g. classes on personal and domestic hygiene, systems understanding, healthcare education, American cultural norms, driver training, linkage to available existing community programs etc.)
B. Development: via economic growth and community partnerships (e.g. employment coordination; guidance regarding education alternatives -further education, technical, vocational, and higher ed options;, apprenticeship programs; entrepreneurial projects; organizing the local- international community to produce and develop self sustainable projects based on their knowledge and expertise- agriculture, handcrafts and service offerings as a means to generate income.
C. Dispute Resolution: via community Ombudsman services and community collaboration (e.g. conflict resolution, mediation, cultural competency training for American local businesses and community at large, presentations and speaking engagements to the Bowling Green community and surrounding areas at large etc.). D. Service Learning: Via volunteer opportunities (Mail Reading, Driving, Shopping, Appointment Partnering, Team Teaching, and Mentoring).
